My testing one looks like this:

[herrold at centos-5 ~]$ cat .shimrc
DbmsName        mysql
DbmsHost        xeon.first.lan
UserName        rph_shim
TableSet        rph_testing
FeedName        tws
FeedHost        emac.first.lan
FeedPort        7496
[herrold at centos-5 ~]$

IP's rather than FQ hostnames would work as well
