[ts-gen] Consider konsole for console windows

With respect to the question of demultiplexing output from the tws api,
both the manual and various posts in the mailing list archives cover
the use of the file, logd, and cout options, as well as use of the
default log file log/ShimText, and how it may be renamed.  So, I'll
not repeat that information here.

Beyond the above, and specifically about console output:

Look at the text of bin/tail.window.  See also man konsole if you are
using kde, or else man xterm if you are unwilling to install konsole.
